A Software Recruiter finds local talent who is specialized in a certain area that a company has a requirement for. Ideally what a company wants when they request a software consultant is someone who is local that has a certain level of experience in a computer language, operating system, database, application and so forth.
Most of the software consulting positions we see are for Java, C, C++, C# and .NET. These are the popular ones.
