Biomedical Company’s re-developing, cloning, data migrating, functional and deploying major applications systems to global and non-global sites as a result of the Biomedical Company’s acquisition of the Biomedical Company Cardiovascular and Vascular business sector.

Engaged in Enterprise-wide Compliance, Documentation, Training and Tracking Systems (4 separate projects – approx cost $12-18 million) for Biomedical Company Vascular. 

  •   Maintain a highly visible Project Management consulting position with Biomedical Company Vascular reporting to senior level management on the following multi million dollar projects; 1) Re-design of integrate legacy systems in GDT and Biomedical Company Vascular and retain a global document management system project to split off existing Biomedical Company ViewPoint application into two separate (cloning) ViewPoint applications: one for Boston Scientific (BSC), and for Biomedical Company Vascular (ABT), 2) Business Separation project is to split off the existing Biomedical Company GTMS (training management system) application into two separate GTMS applications: one for Boston Scientific (BSC), and another for Biomedical Company Laboratories (ABT). Each of these GTMS applications will have its own set of training data, its own interfaces, and its own security, 3) CatsWeb CAPA – develop new business functionality required for reporting an incident, determining regulatory, reportability, and system security.
  • Projects include planning/conceptual, design, construction, implementation/ deliverables, and budget summaries, weekly status and project management meetings, summit, and required global application integration, data migration, infrastructure, and architecture among Biomedical Company Vascular global sites (Galway/Ireland, Redwood City/ US, Rangendingen/ Germany, Beranger/ Switzerland, Clonmel/ Ireland and Massstrict/ Netherlands.
  • Strict GSDM (Biomedical Company) methodology and experience with development software under design controls, and compliance using FDA/CAPA CFR 21 (CATSweb), SOX, HIPPA, Quality System Regulations, and GMP requirements.
