TechReq will provide you with top-of-the-line technology consultants. Our process is to provide you with a total of 3 – 4 resumes per job requirement. In almost all cases our clients make a hiring decision out of those 3 – 4 resumes. This is of benefit to you, because it saves you valuable time in the recruiting process.
The reason we are able to narrow your selection to 3 or 4 technology consultants is we ask the right questions in advance. Being specific with your job requirements allows us to narrow our search for the ideal candidate.

All hiring managers have “Show Stopper” questions. We need to know these questions in advance. They also have “Big Plus” questions. We need to know those questions too.
