Biography
Pamela Bovaird has 21 years experience in the technical sales field, 14 years as a staffing agency recruiter and 8 years in technical software/hardware sales. Her software/hardware experience includes: Unix Emulators, Networking, Software Security, PCB and Schematic Software, RF Wireless Systems and SEO. Ms. Bovaird earned her degree at Iowa State University.
She began her career in San Diego, California in 1986 as a Technical Recruiter in a temporary staffing agency and has worked for such companies as Mini-Systems Associates, AGE Logic, ACCEL Technologies, Rainbow, HNC Software, VersaCall and SEO Inc.
In 2005 she formed TechReq, an employment staffing agency. Based in Carlsbad, California, TechReq serves California’s technical staffing needs supplying superior candidates for both temporary and permanent placements. Through a series of highly technical electronic search strategies, Ms. Bovaird locates the most qualified candidates to serve as temporary and direct software developers and hardware design engineers.
